The spectacular Apple spacecraft is moving forward. The company's new headquarters, the Apple Campus 2, will be ready in mid-2017 for the entire team to move from the former campus of Cupertino, very close to there.
A drone has captured the last hour of the state of the works capturing images of this campus designed by the English architect Norman Foster and that is thought to accommodate more than 13,000 people in its 79 hectares.
This sustainable campus has a central ring-shaped building with a giant park in the center, a gymnasium of 10,000 m2, an underground auditorium with a capacity for 1,000 people and an underground parking with 20,000 spaces. On the surface there will only be paths to walk and bike.
It has extensive surfaces covered with solar panels that will be the main source of energy for the campus.
This building is planned as the main stage of future presentations of the company's apple products, so it may be that Apple opens this campus with the expected iPhone 8 on the tenth anniversary of the terminal in 2017.
