This tradition imported from the USA that is celebrated the day after Thanksgiving counts every year with more participation in European countries. In fact, the study reveals that the number of buyers will grow 20.6% compared to last year in Spain.

And not only will the number of buyers grow, but the level of spending will also skyrocket: Spaniards expect to invest an average of 186.5 ¤ in their purchases between the dates of 'Black Friday' and the following Monday, known as' Cyber Monday 'and focused solely on online purchases. This figure represents an increase of 28.5% compared to 2015.

"You have to keep in mind that Black Friday has evolved, it is no longer limited to a single day of discounts, but there are companies that will make offers over several days or even weeks, and it is not as evident as before. Therefore, among those who will buy on this date, 7 out of 10 users expect to spend more than 100 ¤ on their purchases, 17% expect their purchases will exceed 300 ¤ and 3.8% estimated that they will be at least 500 ¤ .

This year, men will pay more: 10% more than average spending for women. At least, in their estimates they expect to invest an average of 196.8 ¤ in this week of discounts, while they speak of an average figure of 179 ¤.

With regard to the types of products most in demand in this 'Black Friday', there are two clear trends: technology and fashion, followed by toys, books and video games. The case of technology is this day: this year, 4 out of 10 respondents in the survey hope to acquire an electronic product, such as mobiles or tablets. The same figure, 40%, corresponds to people interested in buying clothes, footwear or accessories.
